God does not want you to become sick or die from painful diseases. He wants you to live to be happy and healthy so you can tell others your testimony. The food industry is giant, corrupted and out for themselves now, not like it used to be in the past. The world is about money and more money, and it's not about what's right or wrong. You can't trust super markets, hospitals and the news anymore. They're poisoning most of our foods and drinks with additives, depleted and often toxic foods. Good farmers, grocers and people often are unaware or absent nowadays. Most medical doctors and all hospitals are not out for our best interest, but their own and this is due to drug companies looking to protect their interests (who pay for hospitals and MD's training). The longer you are on their drugs and under their "care" the longer they make money. Some are good people, just misguided with corrupted training.

Most cancer is caused from exporsure to chemicals or toxins either from the environment or food or body products. Woman are more like to get exposed by these toxins because of how many body products they use daily. According to EWG, there is approximately 10,500 ingredients used in cosmeticin our country, and in its thirty five years history , the CIR has only screened only eleven of those ingredients. This means if we do the math again, nearly 90% of cosmedic ingredient are left to be reviewed and un-test for safety.
The cosmetic industry argues that it’s okay to put these toxic ingredients into products because only tiny amounts are used in each product and therefore, they are not harmful. However, as you already know, each of us is using ten or more products a day. If you add to that several applications a day and multiply that over a lifetime, then these toxic chemicals do add up and wreak havoc on our bodies and our health!
And what’s even worse is the number of loopholes that the cosmetic industry has in place to make it difficult for even the most educated consumer to read and understand its labels. For example, the industry is not required to use the FDA’s ingredient name convention guidelines and therefore one ingredient can be spelled and labeled many different ways in different products. Research shows women who had used antibiotics for two months or more were at an increased risk of developing colon polyps, which can be a precursor to colorectal cancer
Those who used the drugs for a total of at least two months in their 20s and 30s had a 36% increased risk of polyps compared to those who did not
Among women who used the drugs long-term in their 40s and 50s, the risk of polyps increased by 70%
Even taking antibiotics for 15 days or more, at any age range, was associated with an increased risk of polyps.
2. How can you prevent Colon cancer by reducing the amount of polyps in your colon.
Eat a healthy diet: Include plenty of fiber from fruits, vegetables and whole grains; limit saturated and trans fat, red meat and processed meats; opt for lean proteins like fish, poultry, beans and lentils.
Exercise regularly: Aim for at least 30 minutes of moderate exercise most days.
Don't smoke: Smoking raises your risk of colon polyps and cancer.
Have regular screenings: Have regular colon cancer screenings as recommended by your doctor beginning at age 50 or earlier if you’re at higher risk for colon cancer.
Take medications prescribed by your doctor: Certain over-the-counter pain relievers or drugs to reduce inflammation may reduce your risk of polyps in people with a higher genetic risk for the condition.
Refined carbohydrates:Foods high in refined carbohydrates such as white bread, pasta, and cakes should be avoided as they can lead to inflammation in the digestive tract.
Fried foods:Fried foods, including french fries and fried chicken, are known to increase inflammation in the colon and contribute to the growth of polyps.
Red meats:Red meats such as steak and burgers can be difficult for the digestive system to break down and may inflame the colon if consumed regularly.
Processed meats:Processed meats such as sausages and bacon have been linked to an increased risk of developing polyps due to their high fat content and preservatives.
Dairy products:Consuming dairy products can put added strain on the digestive system resulting in increased inflammation of pre-existing polyps or growth of new ones.
3. Prostate Cancer
Prostate cancer is cancer that occurs in the prostate. The prostate is a small walnut-shaped gland in males that produces the seminal fluid that nourishes and transports sperm.
